Ever since I graduated from school 4 years ago, I’ve committed all my time into content creation; and even though it’s currently my full-time job and what keeps me financially stable, it’s also an unpredictable industry which I’ve always had worries about- How do I make sure I’m constantly improving without lacking behind, if I’m no longer learning? How do I improve on what I already know, when going to school is out of the question for me (at least for now)?
Throughout the past two months, I’ve been exploring ways to see if I can venture into new businesses (be it on my own, or with my husband) - and I was glad to learn about @smartacademy.sg which provides in-demand online courses (like Digital marketing, UX design, Web development) all of which are crucial skills that anyone can learn and pick up to kickstart a business today.
It’s a difficult period for businesses and the economy, and to me, this is the best time to upskill and ensure we don’t fall behind.
